Late Check-out Fees: $0.00

Late check out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:00 AM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies: Reservations cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of the arrival date are fully refundable. A "no-show" charge equal to one night's lodging, based on the room rate reserved, will be charged to your credit/debit card if you do not arrive without cancelling. To cancel a reservation please call us at (406) 646-7713.

Terms at Check-in:

All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Westwood Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for verification.

• All rooms are Non-smoking and Pets are not allowed. A $50 fee will be charged for non-compliance.
• Cooking is allowed only in rooms that include a kitchen. No cooking, hot plates, rice cookers, insta-pots, etc. are allowed in non-kitchenette rooms. Breach of this policy may result in a cleaning fee of $50. Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. *Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $50.
• Room refreshes will be offered every 3rd day during extended stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please call the front desk or locate an employee on the property.

Reservations:

When you make a reservation we will process your booking within 0ne hour of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from Westwood Motel or Booking.com.

Payment:

All reservations require a valid credit or debit card to guarantee the reservation, or a deposit in the amount of one night's stay. The credit/debit card used to hold your reservation(s) is to guarantee your room and will not be charged unless you cancel within the time specified in our cancellation policy. Payment of lodging/lodging tax is required upon check-in at the Westwood Motel, as well as a credit/debit card authorization for incidentals. The standard booking price includes the following: All taxes, TV and WiFi usage, Towels and Linens, Parking and Room Cleaning.

Note: Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if more guests stay in the property than agreed, Excessive noise is made after 10pm, and Drug use is discovered in the rooms.
